Call for Concept Notes for development projects opens on the 15th of October

Fund for Local Cooperation (FLC) for Kosovo is a development cooperation instrument intended to support civil society organizations. The fund is managed by the Embassy of Finland in Pristina, and the annual budget available is around 300.000 Euros.
