Minister for Foreign Affairs of Finland Timo Soini to visit Kosovo

Minister for Foreign Affairs of Finland Timo Soini will visit Kosovo from 10 to 11 October. During the visit in Kosovo Minister Soini will meet with President of the Republic of Kosovo Hashim Thaci, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and Minister for Foreign Affairs Behgjet Pacolli among others.

Topics of discussions will be i.a. bilateral relations of Kosovo and Finland and Kosovo's European perspective. In addition, Minister Soini will give the opening address at the kickoff event of the Finland-led EU Twinning project on strengthening the correctional and probation services in Kosovo.

The visit in Kosovo is part of Minister Soini's tour in the Western Balkans, where he will also visit Macedonia and Serbia.
